E.Y.M.B. – Empowering Youth with Migration Background
Project description: DUO for a JOB connects young jobseekers with a migration background (the mentees) with experienced individuals aged 50 and above (the mentors). Through one-on-one mentoring, these experienced individuals guide young people in their socio-professional journey, helping them develop skills, build networks, and access employment opportunities. The project aims to support 2,500 young people across multiple European countries by scaling up mentoring programs and launching new branches in France, the Netherlands, and Spain.‍‍‍Duration: November 2024 – October 2026‍‍Total Project Cost: €855,192EU ‍Grant Amount: €684,153
